Jewish Outreach

Purpose

“Brothers and sisters, my heart’s desire and my prayer to God for Israel is for their salvation” (Romans 10:1). With a sincere desire to share the Good News of the Jewish Messiah with “the Jew first” (Romans 1:16), Jewish Outreach at FBCN exists to intentionally reach out, to diligently pray for, to effectively build bridges, to faithfully serve the Jewish people in the Navarre community, and ultimately to train up fellow believers to do the same.

Goals

3.5% of the population in Navarre, FL is self-identifiably Jewish. This percentage, spanning a 10-mile radius, is .3% above the national average. The Modern State of Israel contains over 8.5 million Jewish citizens in need of the hope of their Messiah. The current vision of Jewish Outreach at FBCN is to build bridges with both the local and international Jewish community so that the whole house of Israel may come to know Yeshua as their long-awaited Messiah, "a light for revelation to the nations and the glory of [His] people Israel" (Luke 2:32). This ministry seeks to accomplish this vision via culturally-sensitive classes on Judaism and Hebrew, intentional Jewish outreach,  and exploratory trips to the Land of Israel.
